Safe places,
safe people.
Safe Place is committed to creating emotionally, spiritually, and physically safe environments for every child, young person and adult we serve.
If someone is in immediate danger
Call your local emergency services straight away (911 in the Philippines). Do not use our website forms for emergencies or to report a safeguarding concern.
How to raise a concern
If you are worried about the safety or wellbeing of a child, young person or adult connected with Safe Place, or about the behaviour of anyone serving with us, please contact our safeguarding lead directly:
Every concern is taken seriously, handled confidentially, and shared only with those who need to know to keep someone safe.
What we already do
- Anyone under 18 who joins Safe Place needs a parent or guardian’s permission before taking part in activities. We contact the parent or guardian ourselves.
- No story from someone under 18 is published without a parent or guardian’s consent and a safeguarding review by our team.
- Every story is reviewed before publication and is always shared anonymously. A storyteller’s name is never published.
- We do not collect photos from storytellers through this website.
- Information you share is seen only by the Safe Place team. See our privacy policy.
