This page explains what information Safe Place Ministry collects through this website, why, and how we protect it.

Who we are

Safe Place Ministry (“Safe Place”, “we”) is a Christ-centered ministry for Pastors’ Kids and Missionary Kids. We are based in Manila, Philippines.

For any privacy question or request, contact us at safeplaceministry33@gmail.com.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us through our forms:

We do not ask for photos, ID documents, payment details or passwords from visitors. Please don’t include sensitive personal information in your messages.

How we use it

We never sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who can see it

Your information is stored on our website’s secure server and can be seen only by the Safe Place team members who sign in to our private dashboard. It may also pass through the companies that host our website and send our notification emails (Google Gmail), which process it only to provide those services.

Cookies

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as we need it, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Spam-prevention records are deleted after a few days and store only a scrambled (hashed) form of your internet address.

Children and young people

Young people under 18 can join Safe Place and share their story, but we contact their parent or guardian for permission before they take part in activities, and no story from someone under 18 is published without a parent or guardian’s consent and a safeguarding review. Read our safeguarding policy.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or withdraw a testimony you shared. Contact us at safeplaceministry33@gmail.com and we will respond as soon as we can.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
